Mississippi marketplace, otherwise known as The Prost Food Pod, is a great place to explore and try new foods! Yes, the popular Matt's BBQ is an absolutely great cart for BBQ but don't sleep on the others! There's Mole Mole Mexican cuisine which has a huge menu for you to try. There are also vegan, Indian, and Asian fusion carts as well! And then there's a bar where you can order whatever your heart desires. Give this place a try!

It was a beautiful day to spend at the Mississippi Marketplace. Plenty of options for food. We tried Matt's BBQ and Mole Mole. Both did not disappoint.

Cool little food truck spot. The Mole Mole has the most extensive Mexican food menu I've ever seen at a food truck. Wish I saw it before I ordered my smash burger, which was amazing! Matt's BBQ is also there. Will definitely be making more stops there in the future. The atmosphere is also top notch.

This is a really nice spot to hang out with your friends and pet Friendly. A decent amount of seating, good food trucks and a German bar. There are bathrooms as well. The only thing I have to say is that the hours posted online are not always accurate. When I went 3 of the trucks I was looking forward to trying weren't open and didn't match hours posted online. Otherwise it's a cute little hang out spot with a good variety of food.

This is the place to grab some Matt's BBQ and a drink. It has a roof so good place when it's raining. And even if it's chilly, there are overhead heating lamps so you can still stay pretty warm if you dine in the patio.

This is a nice food court. I had a delicious Kalonji Kale Keema Bowl at DespiPDX and some spring rolls from another vendor.
